Helping Families Break the Cycle of Chronic Illness — One Story, One Stage at a Time
Change Your Habits; Change Your Legacy
Change Your Habits; Change Your Legacy
My name is Robert H. Moore III, and my mission is simple:
To give children back their parents.
That mission was born out of loss.
I’ve watched too many people I love die from diseases that didn’t have to take them. My mother died of cancer. My father of heart failure. My brother of a heart attack.
These weren’t random tragedies. They were the results of a broken system. The kind that normalizes medication, ignores prevention, and sells sickness as healthcare.
I grew up in St. Louis in a lower-middle-class household surrounded by upper-middle-class standards. Sometimes we had food. Sometimes we didn’t.
Food insecurity and stress were constant. Even when I was young, I saw how the health of the people around me was falling apart. My mom battled diabetes my entire life. I watched her prick her finger, drink sodas for energy, and push through the pain. It left a mark.
I was the skinny kid who couldn't gain weight. I graduated from high school at 116 pounds. As an adult, I struggled with bloating, IBS, poor sleep, and constant fatigue. Even when I looked fit, I didn’t feel well.
In 1999, I changed my diet after learning about the Ital way of eating through the Rastafarian movement. That opened my eyes to how food could heal.
But I didn’t go fully plant-based until years later, when my first son was born in 2014. My now ex-wife was the one who pushed us toward it. I resisted at first. She told me, “If you want to eat that way, you’ll have to cook it yourself.” So I made the switch, and I never looked back.
In 2019, a coworker came to me for help. He was nearly 300 pounds and couldn’t play with his toddler. I built him a plan. In 90 days, he lost 20 pounds and got off his blood pressure meds. That was the moment I realized: this is what I’m meant to do.
Two weeks later, I quit my job with no savings and a family depending on me. It cost me everything. My marriage. My mental health. But it also gave me a mission.
Over the years, I’ve battled depression, food insecurity, and housing instability.
In 2022, I was estranged from my sons. I didn’t know when or if I’d see them again. That was the darkest season of my life.
In 2025, I got them back. Today, I’m a single father of two boys. I’m still rebuilding. But I’m raising them with the health, love, and leadership I wish I had growing up.
And I’m helping other families do the same.
I’ve coached hundreds of people using plant-based protocols rooted in my 6 Pillars of Health.
Together, we’ve lowered A1C, reversed high blood pressure, gotten off meds, and restored hope. Not through diets. Through strategy. Structure. Support. And a belief that your health doesn’t have to be your sentence.
I show up because I know what it’s like to be tired, broke, sick, and scared. I know what it’s like to watch the people you love fade away. And I know what it’s like to believe there's more.
So if you’re tired of surviving and ready to rebuild your health for good, you’re in the right place.
